Mounting and joining of various interior parts using highly flexible plants. We can rely on our rich know-how in the field of single-station plants, complete assembly lines including tool shuttle and rotary table systems for part transportation.

POSITIONING - SCREWING - JOINING

ASSEMBLY PLANTS

Assembly plants for positioning mounting clips, Hutfix and clamps, and for screw-fitting of components using bolts or nuts, as well as for joining assembly elements (handholds, lamps etc.)

PLACEMENT OF CLIPS, RIVETS etc

Placement of clips, clamps, snap nuts, rubber buffers and tubular rivets using a specifically designed placement device with position balancer in X-, Y- and Z direction, automatic ejection and customized feeder system.

COMBINATIONS AND COLLABORATION

It is also possible to combine multiple processes. For instance, clip placement and application of noise elimination wax or paint can be combined into one single plant either using a rotary table or a linear system.

We also offer combinations of manual and collaborating and automated assembly stations. For instance: Glovebox with integration of comprehensive testing equipment such as colour detection, pressure testing, labelling, contact and continuity testing as well as connection to MES systems.
