Flexible plant design, which means that customers are free to choose among standard adhesive components. For use with common application techniques such as spray / spin-spray / roller / or bead application using hotmelt adhesives (both reactive or thermoplastic).
Surface spray application of Hotmelts has been specifically developed to enable high flexibility in respect of three-dimensional parts. This application technique provides for the adhesive to be applied on the part by the robot using a special heating system with spray nozzles and pump. This enables a very homogeneous application and high metering accuracy.
We integrate bead and spin-spray application systems into our customers' plants, but we also offer system designs of our own.
